Overview

The signature restaurant led by Chef Diego Muñoz at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve: Nekajui in Costa Rica. Inspired by the mineral-striped, rainbow mountains of the Andean Tundra, Puna fuses Peruvian tradition with the freshness of Costa Rica. A modern cuisine offering diverse opportunities inspired by Peru’s multicultural catalog, reinterpreting classics with intense and creative flavors. Each dish is an adventure and a tribute to the diversity within Peruvian cuisine.
